Before you write
Four things people ask us most, and the fastest route to an answer for each.
- Something in the product is not working
- Email us or use the form and pick “Technical support”. Telling us which page you were on and what you expected to happen gets you a useful reply on the first exchange rather than the third. If a resume or job you were working on is involved, mention it — we can look it up.
- You want CVAgent for a team, a campus or a placement cell
- Choose “Enterprise / Team plan” and tell us roughly how many people it is for and what you need out of it — bulk resume review, placement tracking, or auto-apply for a cohort. We will come back with what fits rather than a generic quote.
- You want your data exported or deleted
- Write to contact@cvagent.in from the email address on the account and we will action it. What we store and why is set out in the privacy policy; you do not need to use the form for this.
- You are a recruiter, a job board or an ATS
- Pick “Partnership or integration”. We are particularly interested in Indian employers and platforms whose applications we could support directly.
We do not sell your details on, and we do not send marketing to an address that only wrote in with a support question. See the privacy policy for what we keep and for how long, and the terms for the rest.
